 Each year, VTS evaluates the performance and activity of its over 120 chapters and student branch chapters.
The VTS Awards Committee consults with VTS Chapters Chair Alon Newton as well as other officers to make the selection.
VTS proudly recognizes the IEEE VTS Portugal Section Chapter as the 2025 IEEE VTS Chapter-of-the-Year Award winner!
The award was presented by VTS President Gerhard Bauch (left) to Chapter Chair Paulo Pereirinha at the 2025 IEEE Vehicle Power and Propulsion Conference (IEEE VPPC 2025), on 23 October 2025, in Hangzhou, China.
