IEEE VTS and the IEEE VTS Colombia chapter are organizing the first-ever VTS School in Latin America & Caribbean. The school will take place at the University of Los Andes in Bogotá (Colombia) on 8 – 9 November 2018.
The first edition of this school is focused on V2X communications and networks, and will provide, in tutorial style, an in-depth view on latest technology developments in these areas:
- Cellular-V2X
- DSRC and IEEE 802.11p
- 5G V2X
- mmWave V2X, V2X field tests
- V2X propagation characterization and modeling
- cellular-based V2X communications
- V2X networking
- V2X use cases and applications
The school will include lectures from recognized experts in the field including:
