 Welcome to the January 2020 issue of VTS Mobile World – your IEEE Vehicular Technology Society newsletter. This is our first issue for the year and also it will be my first issue as the Editor-in-Chief.
Under the excellent leadership of our former Editor-in-Chief, Professor Abbas Jamalipour, VTS Mobile World has continued to be a great source of information on our Society’s activities and the great world of vehicular technology. We are extremely grateful for Professor Jamalipour’s great contributions. As our new President, Professor Jamalipour will have his message for this year in this issue.
A new video on "Multi-Sensor Data Fusion for Self-Driving Cars" is now available at the Resource Center library. Other regular technical columns on transportation, mobile radio, and the review for a recently published paper in the VT Magazine are included. And we are pleased to announce the list of all VTS members who attained IEEE Fellow in the Class of 2020, as well as other news from the world of vehicular technology.
