The Board of Governors (BoG) of IEEE VTS is a 15-member body that has the responsibility for managing all aspects of the Society, including oversight of publications, membership, and conference activities, as well as the election of the VTS President and other office positions. BoG members have three-year terms, with five new members being elected each year, on a rotating basis. The Board holds three meetings yearly: two meetings that are usually concurrent and co-located with the Society’s flagship conference, VTC, and a January/February meeting held in the US.
