The Board of Governors (BoG) of IEEE VTS is a fifteen-member body, responsible for managing all aspects of the Society including oversight of publication, membership, and conference activities; as well as the election of the President and other office holders.
BoG members have three-year terms, with five seats being filled by election each year, on a rotating basis. The BoG holds three meetings annually: two meetings concurrent and co-located with that year’s two IEEE Vehicular Technology Conferences, and a January/February meeting held in the US.
