World—your IEEE Vehicular Technology Society newsletter. This issue
contains a recap of the annual Society awards ceremony at
IEEE VTC2017-Fall in Toronto, including the VTC2017-Fall Best Paper
Awards. Also, VTS Mobile World is happy to introduce one of VTS’
most active chapters—and this year’s VTS Chapter of the Year Award winner—Malaysia. Following our regular technical columns is a preview of the 2017 Vehicular Power and Propulsion Conference.
