The IEEE Santa Clara Valley (SCV) Section VTS
Chapter is located geographically in Santa Clara valley (a.k.a. Silicon
Valley), California. With enormous changes and innovation happening in
Autonomous vehicles, Silicon Valley is becoming an Auto-Hub. It has also
become a hub for many other innovative concepts in urban transportation.
Leading automobile makers Tesla, Ford, Nissan, and Mercedes-Benz have
established research facilities in this vicinity.
Since 2016, the IEEE SCV VTS chapter has organized
many technical events among VTS members and beyond, and is involved in
collaborations with San Jose State University.
