IEEE VTS publishes the IEEE Vehicular
Technology Magazine, a periodical that is distributed to all Society members four times per year.
Each issue includes regular columns on automotive electronics, mobile radio,
connected vehicles, and transportation systems, followed by technical articles
accepted from open calls for papers and calls for papers on special issues. In June 2017, guest editors Weihua Zhuang, Abbas
Jamalipour, Fan Bai, and Alexey Vinel will produce a special issue on “Emerging Technologies, Applications, and
Standardizations for Connecting Vehicles. This is the second part of a two-part series, the first part having been published in the December 2015 issue. The submission deadline for this special issue is 1 July 2016.
