VTS Local Chapter Update

The IEEE VTS is pleased to announce that the Vehicular Technology Society has been selected and added to the IEEE Argentina Section Joint Chapter. The official formation date of this new joint chapter is 02/17/2011. This joint chapter's chair is Dr. Guillermo Garcia from the Universidad Nacional de Rio Cuarto, an Argentine national university, situated in the city of Rio Cuarto, Cordoba, Argentina.
