The 2025 IEEE 102nd Vehicular Technology Conference will take place 19–22 October 2025 in Chengdu, China.
VTC2025-Fall offers attendees a unique opportunity to explore Chengdu, a city with a rich cultural heritage spanning over 4,000 years.

Visitors to Chengdu can experience the mesmerizing face-changing performance of Sichuan opera, uncover the mysteries of the ancient Sanxingdui civilization, visit the iconic giant pandas at the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, immerse themselves in Chengdu’s vibrant tea culture at a traditional teahouse, stroll through the picturesque Wuhou Shrine, or wander the bustling Jinli Ancient Street, where history and modernity blend in perfect harmony.
Prospective authors are invited to submit original and unpublished full papers in the following areas:

Call for Tutorial Proposals
The conference also invites submissions of cutting-edge tutorial proposals to complement the technical program of VTC2025-Fall. Tutorials provide opportunities for researchers from the academia and the industry to learn about the state-of-the-art research and development from experts in a given field. The IEEE VTC2025-Fall Technical Program Committee invites submission of tutorial proposals for half-day presentation on topics of interest to the conference, including but not limited to the tracks listed above.
