Welcome to the April 2024 issue of VTS Mobile World – your IEEE Vehicular Technology Society newsletter.

This edition features enlightening articles contributed by experts, gathered from the Mobile Radio and Transportation Systems columns in the December 2023 edition of the IEEE Vehicular Technology Magazine. It also includes recently published papers from the IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology and the IEEE Open Journal of Vehicular Technology (OJVT), providing valuable insights.

In addition, IEEE OJVT is seeking editors for their motor vehicles and land transportation subject areas. And two conferences—IEEE VTC2024-Fall and IEEE VPPC 2024— are calling for 5-page, previously unpublished papers to be submitted for review by 22 April 2024.
