VTS awards recognize those individuals and groups who contribute to and support the purposes of IEEE in general and of VTS, in an exceptionally worthy manner. Open nominations for awards are due 1 April each year, with nomination forms available on the VTS website.
Normally, the VTS awards are presented each year at the Fall edition of the Society’s semi-annual flagship Vehicular Technology Conference (VTC). However, due to COVID-19 risks this year, VTC2020-Fall was held in a virtual-only format, so the 2020 VTS awards could not be presented in person. This article recognizes the VTS awardees for 2020.
